Dr Youssef, Thomas and Jennifer were all amazing. They always made sure I was comfortable and understood the procedures.

I have always had a good experience when visiting this location. Everyone was just great! All involved, did a great job explaining, in detail, of the next steps. I started with Eduardo, whom was very welcoming and later very informative of charges. (very important, as it puts you in control of your own care) Then Valerie, whom was great, as she hummed, while performing my deep cleaning, which was very soothing. Dr. Ghabras was amazing, simplifying terminology, to ensure you understood what was happening with your teeth and solutions. Jennifer did a great job as she played smooth jazz beach vibes for relaxation as well as provided a blanket for my warmth. Special thanks to the whole team today, Eduardo, Dr Ghabras, Jennifer, Valerie, and Daniela, for making people feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I was there from 945, in chair, by about 1010, until about 330pm, and didn't mind at all, because of the great team, and teamwork provided. Keep up the great work! Today, 4/20/26, I had my permanent crowns put in , and I couldn't be more pleased. Perla was extremely nice and very professional explaining every step of the way. Dr. Daniel was great as always. I really appreciate these people for their expertiseand great bedside manner!

Excellent Dental Office. I had 4 teeth filled, (I do not use numbing injections) and I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Yossef Zaid was Excellent! Very through, kind, considerate and did the best job I've ever had done in my life on my teeth in 60+ years. Katrina and Jennifer are just as kind. They know their job as to assisting the Dr and all my insurance questions was answered. All three treated me with extreme kindness and very professional. Very clean inside also! You can smell the cleanliness once you walk in the door. I will never go to another dental office again. If you're looking for a dentist, Dr. Yossef Zaid, Jennifer and Katrina at Dentist of Lakeland are the people you want to see and speak with!
