My mother had some very poor dental experiences with outrageous prices and bad outcomes in the past, sadly. We decided it was tike to try someone new as it was too exhasting to use the prior dental team/office. We found Dentists of Lakeland by seeking same day crowns. We wanted this "same day" as bad experiences with temp crowns for her prior. So we really looked at EVERY review. From the moment we called, it felt like a different, caring experience. We got Thomas on the phone and what a NICE gentleman, empathetic and was able to get my mom in SAME DAY and was so helpful. He also explained insurance and when insurance was a challenge, which we know now, he actually worked with us to make it affordable for our family. Which meant more than he will ever know since we are mourning a death in the family. Dr. Yasmeen was very professional and said she would do her best to assure the new crown vs temp crown would fit with partials. She said maybe to send out vs same daybtonassure perfect fit...depended on how things went...well in the end she took it step by step and in the end my mother had her perm crown same day, looked perfect and fit with partial! And a BIG part is being KIND to folks that are in their 70's....speaking to them with gentle understanding and real respect. That made my mother feel seen and valid and they also gave blankets as it was cold. Dasiza I believe was the assistant doing xrays, setting the crown with the doctor and she was so sweet too. They were VERY busy, which I tool as a good sign as they communicated well and kept the process moving and seemed to have a full and busy, committed staff. I want to see if we can get some other family members to go here. My mother will get her future cleaning done here as well! Anyway, the same day crowns was a blessing as we have upcoming travel that wpuld have made getting this done difficult. All in all HIGH Praise for this office and the people. The team seems very caring and committed to do THE RIGHT THING and DO IT WELL which seems like a rarity in dental care these days. Kudos to the leadership and a big thank you to Thomas for his patience and understanding of our situation and making this a real positive with the affordability and with the doctor's attention to detail but also swift capabilities. Overall, highly recommend...which is weird for dentists but they are earning all tjose 5 star reviews. Thank you again for a positive experience start to finish!

I absolutely loved the hospitality of this place I came in after 2 years of no cleanings Hoping to leave with a free insurance covered cleaning due to my budget and I went back for exam with the amazing Kenya who had great conversation with me the whole time and made she I felt comfortable while also getting to know me we shared some good laughs she is absolutely amazing after that I had the pleasure of speaking with doctor Daniela who walked me through the whole process and told me how she wanted to make sure I was taken care of and how dedicated she was to making sure I received treatment I was ok with and then I had the pleasure of meeting dr Yasmeen who made she I knew what was going on with my teeth and what were my next steps how they could work with me and my budget because they wanted to make sure I would be able to receive this treatment they discounted some items for me because they were really determined to make sure I felt comfortable with this whole process which I appreciate! Lastly Candice who walked me through my options for insurance and really made me feel heard and seen and never once tried to force me into anything I couldn’t do or afford while she also got to know me and made me feel like a real person instead of a paying customer. If your looking for any dental work or care please choose them you will not regret it!
